We naturally hope it will never be the case - but should you ever wish to return one of our beautiful products, we have made it super easy for you.
At RICE we provide you with 30 days right to return an item, from the date you received it.
HOW TO
You can create your return in two ways - through your My Account or using your order number and email address
1: My Account
When you are logged in to your RICE account, you can register your return by selecting and order and pressing "Create return" in the left hand menu. Next, all you have to do is follow the 3 simple steps in the returns guide.

2: Email and order number
In the form below, enter the email address you used to make the order as well as your order number (you can find your order number in the order confirmation email, it starts with "WEB-"). Next, you simply have to follow the 3 easy steps in our returns guide.
