- Click on the “account” button at the top right corner of the website.
- On the left side of your screen a profile overview will appear – click on the tab called “invoices”.
- Now simply find the order in question and press the “invoice” button on the right to view and download your invoice as a PDF.
You can download images in two ways – through your invoice or via our image bank.
- Click on the “account” button at the top right corner of the website.

- Now simply find the order in question and press the “Images” button on the right to view and download your images.
If you’re just on the lookout for some stunning pictures in general – use our image bank instead, it will have everything you need!
Download images from the image bank:
- Click on “Imagebank” bottom from the menu on the front page.
- Here you will have the option to look up specific products using the item number or browse through the different seasons.
- Once you’ve found the images you were searching for you can choose to download them as a JPG, PNG or both – just tick the boxes you need.
- Press the pink “Download” button – and voilà! Everyday Magic at your fingertips.
Pssst... don’t forget, the image bank contains both product AND environment images.

- Find the order in question and press the “Product Details” button on the right to view and download product data for that order.

- A list of all your active orders will appear – click on the order in question to view products on back order along with price, quantity and expected delivery date.
Make sure your name, address and phone number are shown in the correct fields, and please contact your local sales manager or our customer service – they’ll get you sorted!
If you’re experiencing issues uploading pictures to your claim, please try a smaller image or a different format. If that doesn't do the trick, please contact your sales manager or our customer service at cs@ricebyrice.com.
We hope that it won’t ever be necessary… Should you against all odds receive a faulty product from us, we have made it super easy for you to create a claim. You can create a claim in two ways:
Create a claim through “my account”
- Click on the B2B button at the top right corner and log in with your B2B login.
- Once you’ve accessed the B2B website click on the “account” button at the top right corner.
- On the left side of your screen a profile overview will appear – click on the tab called “invoices”.
- Find the order in question and press “create claim”.
- Choose the faulty products and fill out the cause, quantity, and a description of the issue – please note that uploading a picture may be required.
- When you’ve selected all the affected products – go to the bottom of the page and click “submit all claims”.
- Your claim has now been submitted and will be processed as soon as possible.
Create a claim with email and invoice number
- Click on the B2B button at the top right corner and log in with your B2B login.
- Now scroll down to the bottom of the website and click the tab called “claims”.
- Fill in your email and invoice number and press “start your claim”.
- Now simply choose the faulty products and fill out the cause and quantity as well as a description of the issue – please be aware that it might be necessary to upload a picture of the products.
- When you’ve selected all the affected products – go to the bottom of the page and click “submit all claim”.
- Your claim has now been submitted and will be processed as soon as possible.
