If you want to create a claim, please send an e-mail to cs@ricebyrice.dk, with following information:

- Invoice number or WEB order number
- Product(s) and unit(s)
-Claim reason and description
-Image in case of shipping damages and quality problems

Afterwards our customer service will process your request as soon as possible!
