Ordering
Online on www.ricebyrice.com or with your rice representative.
Back orders
If an ordered item is not in stock, it will go on a backorder on your account and be sent out automatically when it is back in stock. You are responsible for cancelling backorders if the item is no longer required.
Order confirmation
An order confirmation is sent out to you by email. It is your responsibility to check your confirmation to make sure that it is correct. If we do not hear from you within 2 working days, we assume that the order is confirmed. Online orders are final and will be sent out immediately.
Delivery dates
When ordering with your rice representative, you can request a later delivery date. Orders placed online will be sent out immediately.
Payment Proforma
Customers paying in advance will be sent a proforma invoice. Payment will then need to be made within 8 days of the invoice. Once the payment has cleared, the items will be shipped. Customers will only be invoiced for what we can deliver at the time. Payments are made into a EUR bank account.
Claims & Returns
It is important to check your order when you receive it to make sure it is correct. If any item is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you have 8 days to claim using our online claims form. Credit notes are issued once a claim has been accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns unless it has been agreed with our claims
department. Refusal of delivery of a confirmed order will result in charges.
Display & Branding
rice must be displayed together in its own space on a table or shelf or a combination.
Webshops
We do not permit the name rice to be part of the URL web address when selling rice online.
rice square meters
rice can be maximum 50% of your shop. The other 50% must be made up of other brands. Please ask your sales representative if you need more information on this.
Imagebank
Our Image bank provides you with image pictures as well as pictures of all our products. You can easily download them in your preferred format. Feel free to use our pictures. They are free of charge, and all you have to do is to credit rice when using the pictures on your website, on social media, in your shop etc.
Images are available for press, approved rice dealers and noncommercial use only.
